Responsibilities:
- Budget preparation and control
- Working and coordinating with all parties in relation to budget planning and monthly forecasting
- Responsible for accuracy of financial information, preparation of consolidated financial statements and monthly financial reporting package under US GAAP and Thai Accounting Standard
- Forecasting and updating monthly actual performance as well as variance analysis compared to budget and prior year
- Responsible for business related tax including VAT, Corporate Income Tax and Transfer pricing
- Inter Company accounts balance reconciliation and confirmation
- Coordinate, support business and provide financial information to internal & external parties
- Prepare Reconciliation for all balance sheet and P and L accounts on monthly basis
- Create the payment transactions via internet banking and prepare related documents for approval
- Financial Projections and Cash Flow management (weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
- Lead the company implementation for FI and CO modules and support other business departments on system integration topics
- Accurately track the CAPEX spending and Profitability of various special Projects including Network projects and prepare reports for local management and Director Finance India and South East Asia
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, Age between 38 – 48 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or any related field
- At least 7-10 years working experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis
- Strong knowledge in accounting system, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Analytical, communication and coordination skills, and good at mathematics
- Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities / deadlines
- Good knowledge in SAP and experience in system implementation is highly
- Working knowledge of Budgeting, Planning and Forecasting system such as BPC/Hyperion etc. is preferable
- Good knowledge of USGAAP, Taxation and Thai Accounting Standard
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Have CPD or CPA certification
