FIELD SALESENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
You will meet customers in a technical sales and advisory capacity, to provide advice and offer optimum Walter Tooling solution. Besides handling some existing customer accounts, you will develop new customer accounts. You will also prepare monthly sales forecasts, develop and execute sales action plans.
Other Responsibilities will include:
• Identify, develop and monitor sales in specific accounts to meet growth targets
• Identify and develop new customer accounts
• Provide technical support to customers & end -users
• Identify opportunities for productivity improvement at customers’ sites, propose and arrange for trials or test cuts for Walter products, with the support from the Application / Engineering team
• Submit monthly reports and sales forecasts
• Applies and demonstrates products using samples or catalogues and emphasis value added features and benefits to the customer & end-users
•Maintain the CRM-Systems reporting customer contacts.
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
· Preferably 3 years of Sales experience with Industrial cutting tools or 5 years of manufacturing experience and an ability to sell
· Knowledge of CNC Machining; metal cutting processes and practices general understanding of business
· Good command of written / spoken English
· Highly self-motivated, solution provider and ability to work under pressure
· Must be a team player
· Possess valid driving license.
· working Location: Bangkok Office
Salary & Benefits:
· Basic Salary Range: THB 40,000 – 50,000
· Car Allowance: Company Car with fleet card
· Commission: Eligible for Sales Commission
