Job duties & responsibilities
- Responsible for the growth and profitability for high quality plastic molds in Thailand
- Responsible for the growth and profitability for plastic injection parts and plastic assembly in Thailand
- Responsible for execution of strategic sales plan and set sales targets.
- Identifies and provide offers to current and future customers requirements
- Utilize the CRM tools for daily work and reporting
Qualifications
- 8 years sales experience in Plastic Injection industry
- At least 5 year’s experience in Sales Management
- Industrial product would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to work within a competitive environment and achieve sale target
- Good command in English and Thai language an advantage
- Valid Drivers Licence
