Our client is Canadian Nationality Company, Bag Packaging Machinery is seeking for the position of Electrical Design Engineer who have background in packaging processing machinery industry, Flexible packaging solution, please see more qualification as below; 

Scope of work:

Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical systems and equipment for the products
  • Provide technical support to sales, manufacturing and service teams
  • Be in charge of the design of a product option or component
  • Lead moderately complex electrical design projects
  • Solve the problems encountered in the electrical designing of the equipment’s
  • Evaluate the feasibility of particular customers’ requests and develop potential solutions to satisfy them
  • Act as a resource person for the team in carrying the projects
  • Participate in the development and implementation of the work methods and procedures
  • Be in charge of the electrical design of a specific equipment
  • Lead complex electrical design projects
  • Develop and provide the team with an expertise in electrical design
  • Collaborate in the identification and definition of the product development projects
  • Find innovative solutions to complex electrical design problems

 

Requirements:

  • Thai Nationality, Male, age of 27 – 35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 2-3 years of experience Service Engineer in packaging processing machinery
  • Business Unit's products, how they operate, their specifications and options
  • Standards (including calculations used) and rules applicable to equipment
  • Functioning of electrical components of automated equipment: contactors, control panels, breakers, drives, etc.
  • Processes relative to the purchasing of electrical components (knowledge of suppliers) and the management of inventories
  • Interdependency of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components in the design of equipment’s
  • Functioning of the components used to control automated equipment: programmable logic controllers, operator interface, etc.
  • Communication components of automated equipment: networks, modems
  • Intervention standards to be used with a customer (client-oriented)
  • Health & Safety standards in a plant
  • Project evaluation methods (feasibility, costs, added value)
  • Product development processes (PDP)
  • Steps to be followed when a project is sold
  • Use of a multimeter and oscilloscope
  • Use of Allen Bradley, Siemens, JDE, Yaskawa, and Fanuc software, and languages structured for programming such as C, C++, etc.
  • Good communication skills in English
