Our client is a trading company. They are looking for an ERP Functional Analyst.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provide end user support and training for open source ERP.
- Troubleshoot, resolve or escalate encountered issue and incidents
- Test application and program changes
- Liaise with key users to identify and document incremental improvements to ERP processes and system
- Process owner Master Data (BP, Product)
- Data owner Service Products, Expense Types and Chart of Accounts
- Process owner Reporting
- Process owner Reconciliation
- ERP implementation and configuration tasks
- Maintain ERP documentation including but not limited to process documentation, user guides and exercise sheets using designated tools and ensure documentation is up-to-date at all times
- Obtain and Maintain know-how and skills required to fill out the above responsibilities using various knowledge source including but not limited to process Baseline, standard documentation, ERP academy training, Accounting Guidelines
