Our client is Japanese freight forwarding company located in downtown of Bangkok. They are looking for Manager (Customs Brokerage) to support their team and operation.
Responsibilities :
- Monitor all the activities handled associated with Customs House Brokerage (CHB)
- Planning & procurement of CHB as per customer requirements
- Execution of all file management activities / HS Code Classification
- Control recording, analysis & action plan for improvement customs clearance service continuously
- Work with forwarding team on continuously improving processes, procedures to heighten productivity, timeliness, quality and compliance
- Update customs regulations & other related regulations for customs clearance in both import and export business
Qualification Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Thai nationality, age over than 35 years old
- At least 10 years experienced in a Customs
- Experience in Freight Forwarding company would be advantage
- Held customs specialist license would be advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Good coordination skill, negotiation skill and communication skill
- Immediate or quick to start working is preferred
- Own car and driving license
