Our Japanese client, IT Solution Service Provider, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the System Support VMware.
Job Description:
- Operation & Maintenance ; Onsite troubleshoot support network, PC, LAN & other IT equipment problem
- Customer Helpdesk, E-Mail, Remote Support
- Network implementation work and other IT projects assigned by manage
- Visit to current company customers to share company support history/issues/feedback
- Propose support contract renew to current company customers
Qualification required:
- Male/Female age between 25-35 years old
- Have experience 2-7 years
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
- Good command in English both written and spoken
- Have good knowledge of WAN, LAN including Wireless Network, Internet, Firewall, VPN, Anti-Virus, network infrastructure and PC hardware/software
- Ability to work under pressure with team work spirit
- Be a fast learner and willing to learn new knowledge
- Have strong service-minded characteristics
Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:30 o'clock
