Our clients are global logistics service users, at this time looking for an experienced candidate to join as Customer Service Supervisor, import section.

Responsibilities

  • Contact with customers to import and export document processes
  • Contact with shipping line, carrier and truck company
  • Coordinate with several departments
  • Interact with shipping agencies, suppliers and contractors for Import/Export duties
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and report to Superior Manager

Qualification:

  • Male / Female, over 32 years old.
  • Thai Nationality.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / International Business / Logistics or any related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in Import job with logistics company (Freight & Forwarding Processes)
  • Knowledge of regulation customs, BOI rule and EDI.
  • Can be communicate and command in English and Computer skills.
  • Able to work hard under pressure

 

Working hour: Mon-Fri, 08:00 -17:00 Sat
