Our clients are global logistics service users, at this time looking for an experienced candidate to join as Customer Service Supervisor, import section.
Responsibilities
- Contact with customers to import and export document processes
- Contact with shipping line, carrier and truck company
- Coordinate with several departments
- Interact with shipping agencies, suppliers and contractors for Import/Export duties
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and report to Superior Manager
Qualification:
- Male / Female, over 32 years old.
- Thai Nationality.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration / International Business / Logistics or any related field.
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Import job with logistics company (Freight & Forwarding Processes)
- Knowledge of regulation customs, BOI rule and EDI.
- Can be communicate and command in English and Computer skills.
- Able to work hard under pressure
Working hour: Mon-Fri, 08:00 -17:00 Sat
