“Our client new set up company, is now seeking for Customer service Manager (Packaging such as Boxes, Carton) who can handle their business in Rayong” 

Position:         Customer service Manager

Salary:            50,000 THB (Depend on experience)          

Location:        WHA, Rayong

Working day: Mon - Fri and Sat 9am - 1 pm        

Job Description

  • Maintain good relationship with customer, handling the daily delivery matters and ensure supply of goods on time.
  • Responsible for the abnormal complaint handling of the product from client, improve the report response, supervise the supplier's production quality and physical property indicators, inform the supplier to stop production and improve the problems found in advance.
  • Responsible for receiving customer orders, reconciliation and billing.
  • Responsible for placing orders with suppliers, and tracking orders to complete the payment, reconciliation with suppliers against payment.
  • Responsible for the development of new suppliers, responsible for discussing prices with suppliers, reducing company costs, and increasing suppliers that companies can choose.
  • Mandatory to have the quality assurance skill to ensure quality of product.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • At less 3-5 years of experience in Manufacture of packaging such as Boxes, Carton, Paper for electronic part.   
  • Ability to communicate in English; writing, speaking is necessary. (Chinese speaking will be advantage)
  • Be honest, generous and organized & able to work under high pressure.
