Our client Japanese Logistics Company / International-domestic ground/marine/air- transport, warehouse/export packing, and moving, etc.

Job Description:

  • Supervising a team of customer service staffs and work with them to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures
  • Contact with overseas branches about shipment situation
  • Pre-alert details of import shipment to the client
  • Prepare the import document and follow up the document from the importer
  • Coordinate with the shipping team and follow up on customs formality
  • Coordinate with sales team and truck crew to make sure that all shipments can deliver as per customer’s schedule
  • Ensure that shipments follow the laws and regulations


  • Female, Thai nationality
  • Age 28-35 years old
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Logistics, International Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
  • English communication skill
  • Min. 5 years of experience in Customer Service in freight forwarder company (Air-Import)
  • Organized and hands-on person with great attention to details
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Service mind, Strong interpersonal skill
