Job Description

Job Descriptions: 

  • Leading and supervising a team of customer service staffs
  • Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
  • Analyzing statistics and prepare reports to determine the level of customer service organization is providing
  • Improving customer service procedures, policies and standards for company or division
  • Meeting with Branch Manager to discuss possible improvements to customer service
  • Involvement in staff recruitment and appraisals ( Annual PMR )
  • Motivating the team, work with them to make sure they abide by all company policies and procedures


  • Female, Thai nationality, Age 35-45 years old
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, International Business Management, Business Administration or any related field
  • English communication skill
  • Min. 5-7 years of experience in Customer Service in freight forwarder company (Air-Import)
  • 2-3 years of experience in management position with over 10 subordinates
  • Organized and hands-on person with great attention to details
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Service mind, Strong interpersonal skill and capable to interact with people and all levels

**Good performance candidate has opportunity to be promoted as "Manager" within 1 year**

Working Location: Suvarnabhumi Airport

Working Hour: Mon-Fri 08.30-17.30
