Position: Customer Service

Salary Budget: 35-45K

Business Type: Trading - Chemical Business

Location: Phuttharaksa Road, Samut Prakarn

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30 a.m. - 17.30 p.m.)

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for business support, order management and ensure high satisfactory of customers.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, ensure all problem, complaints and enquiry are solved within timely manners.
  • Maintain and ensure up-to-date customers' record, account information, price list and orders entry.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain for products availability and inventory stock.
  • Arrange shipments and issue shipping documentation.
  • Follow up pending payments and invoices.
  • Support sales and internal departments.

 

Qualifications:

  • Obtained Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
  • At least 5 years experiences as a sales support or customer service in industrial, trading, manufacturing businesses.
  • Experiences in dealing with shipment - import/export documentation is preferably.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office Suit and SAP (SD Module).
  • Great coordination skill, customer-oriented, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Good command in English both written and spoken.
