Responsibilities
- Send and follow up Contract and Contract Package
- Enter Deal base on the Contract Request Form
- Distribute license agreement, amendment, expiration and termination letters
- Follow up on license agreement, amendment, expiration and termination letters with licensee
- Maintain Insight / company creations for new licensees and update changes
- Distribute invoices and tax invoices
- Work with Accounting Team on cash collections
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by manager
Requirements:
- Male or Female
- Good communication skills in English
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Legal / Finance / Accounting admin
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and SAP knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
