- Develop and review company policies and implement and manage compliance programs and action plans effectively with HQ
- Monitor and review company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses and risks to be up to date
- Advice management team on company’s compliance regarding the laws and regulations, and ensure that all employees are well educated
- Conduct compliance assessments and build positive company’s compliance culture
- Internal investigations where necessary
