Our client is Japanese manufacturing company which located in Chonburi. Currently they seeking for candidate in position below.
- Responsible for compensation and benefits process.
- Manage and operate overall in Recruitment function.
- Operate and create strategy to improve internal operation.
- Labor management control.
- Male or Female age over 40 years old.
- Thai nationality only.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in HR Management or any related field.
- At least 8 - 15 years experienced in HRM and HRD function.
- Strong in management skill.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skill, especially Excel.
- Good command in English both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, result-oriented, and time management.
