  • The most important task will be to make sure all calls, WhatsApp msg and emails are replied within 1hr
  • The Employee is responsible to input bookings inside the BIBLE and update all Excel google sheets on a daily basis
  • The Employee is responsible to meet customers around the island sometimes even late evenings or last minute to collect cash or credit card payments.
  • The Employee is responsible to meet and greet all customers at the marina before boarding and after coming back for the charter
  • Must have good knowledge of excel, emails and google drive to update all company information online
  • The Employee is responsible to generate as many charters as possible. Whatever helps promote sales around the island, the employee must do help with this. Some examples can be: introducing the company to local agents, hotels, finding more clients in general, preparing attractive PDF’s. Everything to promote on the island will be managed by the employee and the employer will take care of all the online marketing and abroad to attract even more enquiries that must be swiftly replied
  • The Employee is responsible to send a report to the Employer every Monday morning with the planned tasks (on google drive) for the week ahead, send this back on Friday marking which tasks have been achieved and explain
  • The Employee is responsible to double check and comply with all accounting for Charters of the company making sure all numbers add up. This includes sitting two or three times a month with our trusted accountant to make sure the accounting is correct and all numbers match.
