Job Responsibilities:
Salesforce Admin 70%/ Develop 30%
We are seeking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with excellent technical and communication skill. The Salesforce Administrator will work as a part of team in Bangkok to ensure that we are maximizing the efficiency and capitalizing on the full feature based on requirements. He or She will be able to design and implement maintainable and scalable Sales Cloud Solution to contribute to long term customer success.
Primary Skill set:
- 5 + years of Salesforces administration experience with lead salesforce functional implementation on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- In depth knowledge of standard capabilities of Salesforces and able to expand on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integrate with external systems
- Understand the general concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Strong analytical/problem solving skill, data and software applications.
- Good English proficient is required Nice to Have skill set
- Understanding of the Internet technologies and cloud computing, database management, Release management in Salesforce environment
- Able to apply the out of the box function to provide solutions for workflow, reporting dashboard and enhanced functions
- Sales force Certified is considered.
