1. Training / Evaluation function
- Identify training and development need within an organization through job analysis appraisal schemes till evaluation and regular consultation with Admin Manager
- Prepare recruitment material and post jobs to appropriate job boards/ job advertisement/ Social network etc.
- Source and recruit candidate by using database, social media
- Arrangement recruitment process for candidate until join with company.
2. Procurement function
- Negotiating and sourcing the goods, materials or services price to get the best price after price comparison before
issue PO and maintain resource
3. General affair function
- Manage of Maid service and Driver ,manage cost and control mobile telephone of company, electrical free, Uniform control and distribution, general maintance.
- Assist the manager with general administration job.
- Other job as management assigned.
