Our client, well known Trading Company has HQ in Japan. Now they are looking for an experienced candidate to join as Accountant Position;
Qualification:
- Thai Nationality, Female
- Age between 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor Degree in accounting function.
- At least 1 years’ experience in Accounting Payable, Taxation and Accounting report with Trading Company
- Good command in English
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SAP Program
- Able to do the payment transaction by Internet Banking
Job Description:
- Accounting Payable function;
- Handle for all of the Accounts Payable transactions in SAP for example check the billing of each vendors and plan to arrange the payment by bank check and wired transfer
- Confirm the invoice amount from overseas and prepare the Applications for Outing Remittance
- Expense Reimbursement;
- Do the expense reimbursement by cash and wired transfer
- Record and control the petty cash on hand
- Taxation;
- Prepare the withholding tax certificate for the vendors
- Prepare the monthly withholding tax and value added tax form
- Monthly Closing;
- Control and do the adjusting entries for the advanced payment and accrued expenses
- Check and do the reconciliation of the expenses before the monthly closing
