The Warehouse Supervisor role oversees warehouse operations, team performance, inventory activities, cost control, safety, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment. Based onsite at Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya, the position plays a key part in maintaining efficient warehouse operations and supporting organisational targets.
Responsibilities
Manage and control overall warehouse operations
Manage warehouse staffing levels and support employee skill development
Manage warehouse equipment to maintain operational readiness and efficiency
Manage and control warehouse costs and expenses
Manage warehouse safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance to achieve operational targets
Lead the team in performing work correctly in accordance with the control plan
Manage and control warehouse operations through motivation, mentoring, and coaching
Supervise warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company regulations and the achievement of organisational goals
Report operational performance and departmental Key Performance Indicator results to the management team
Improve productivity, workplace safety, and the efficiency of internal warehouse operations and processes
Coordinate with relevant departments, including logistics, planning, purchasing, and production
Collect and manage data relating to warehouse activities, including receipts, stock, issues, and balances
Design the warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and supply efficiency
Ensure that work standards are followed across the operational site and manage customer audits
Plan employee competency development and support employees in upgrading their knowledge
Requirements
At least 3 years of management experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a more senior warehouse position
At least 5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics management, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing site
Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and space-management skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and material handling
Ability to manage warehouse and delivery teams to achieve established targets
Proficiency in using a Warehouse Management System
Knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA, or MMOG/LE will be an advantage
Benefits
