Trust & Safety Associate (Content Moderation) – Mongolian Language
Location : Bangkok
Key Responsibilities
Review, classify, and remove content in line with client guidelines using specific tools
Stay updated on evolving client policies
Investigate and resolve complex content issues, escalating when needed
Advocate for the user community
Contribute to process improvements that enhance quality and efficiency
Participate in ongoing training and team discussions to strengthen skills
Engage in conversations on socially sensitive topics to help keep communities safe
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong emotional resilience, coping, and stress-management abilities
Excellent comprehension and communication skills in Mongolian and English
Ability to work objectively, free from personal bias, aligned with client policies
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Critical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
Passion for the internet, platforms, and online culture
Cultural awareness of political and social contexts in the supported region
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to quality, efficiency, and effectiveness
Prior experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is an advantage
Must be 18 years or older
