Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment across mass hiring and executive search
Develop proactive sourcing strategies, including headhunting
Strengthen employer branding in competitive talent markets
Design and implement competency-based training programs
Drive talent development, succession planning, and workforce capability
Lead and develop the HR team to achieve strategic KPIs
Qualifications
Minimum 5-10 years in HR leadership role with team management experience
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
Strong exposure to both mass recruitment and executive search
Expertise in competency-based training and talent management
Strategic mindset with a proactive and analytical approach
