The Senior Staff role supports inspection activities, quality systems, change management, and customer quality requirements within a manufacturing environment. This onsite position offers an opportunity to develop practical quality assurance expertise while contributing to product quality and on-time delivery.
Responsibilities
Control Quality Assurance (QA) inspections, including outgoing inspections and test results
Participate in International Organization for Standardization (ISO) systems and maintain related documentation, including standards and instructions
Support QA training for team members to strengthen quality-related skills
Review CCL and PP test results to support on-time delivery
Control change management processes, including PCM and PCA
Support third-party inspections, including UL inspections
Support customer quality requirements, including thermosensor settings
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in science, statistics, physics, chemistry, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control
Good command of English
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of 5S and the 7 Quality Control tools
Ability to read technical drawings
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Machine problem-solving skills
