Position: Senior Sales Executive (Electronics/Semiconductor)
Location: MRT Phetchaburi
Responsible for promoting and selling electronic devices and component products, while achieving assigned sales targets and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Present and propose electronic products and components to customers to identify new business opportunities and boost sales.
Plan sales targets and budgets and submit proposals to management for approval.
Manage tasks independently by prioritizing work based on feedback from customers and management.
Coordinate and conduct customer visits, including joint sales activities with overseas suppliers and clients (Japan, Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore).
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, sharing experience and supporting their development.Assist junior team members in managing deadlines and resolving work-related challenges.
Actively listen to team members, gather insights, and prepare monthly reports for management.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in an international or overseas company.Experience leading or supervising junior staff is an advantage.
Strong business-level English communication skills for interacting with managers and suppliers.
Must have a personal vehicle along with a valid driving license.
Willingness to work overtime as needed to support suppliers and customers.
