The Senior Perfumer role offers an opportunity to lead fragrance development initiatives and create original, high-quality compositions for a range of applications. Responsibilities
Develop and create original fragrance formulations for applications including fine fragrance, personal care, and home care
Translate client briefs and market insights into commercially successful fragrance solutions
Evaluate, refine, and optimise fragrance compositions to meet performance and quality standards
Remain up to date with global fragrance trends, consumer preferences, and innovations in raw materials
Collaborate with marketing, technical, and commercial teams to support successful product development
Present fragrance concepts and creations to internal stakeholders and clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
Requirements
At least ten years of experience in perfumery or fragrance development
Proven expertise in fragrance creation, formulation, and raw material knowledge
Strong creative and olfactory skills, with a track record of successful product launches
Fluent written and spoken English
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working across diverse product categories and international markets
Degree or formal training in Perfumery, Chemistry, or a related field
