The Senior Human Resources (HR) - Recruit & Branding role offers an excellent opportunity to lead recruitment initiatives for a growing operational workforce in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao. The position focuses on attracting and hiring high-quality talent to support business continuity, workforce planning, and operational excellence across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for operational and frontline positions
Coordinate hiring requirements with line managers and site leaders to ensure timely workforce fulfilment
Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various recruitment channels
Organise recruitment campaigns, walk-in interviews, and other hiring activities to support workforce demands
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records to ensure an efficient hiring process
Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates on hiring status and workforce requirements
Support onboarding activities to facilitate a smooth transition for new employees
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
Proven experience in recruiting operational or frontline employees
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise recruitment activities effectively
Familiarity with a variety of sourcing channels and recruitment tools
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
