The Sales Support role supports client communication, sales documentation, and coordination between Thai and Japanese-speaking teams in a manufacturing and construction products environment. This role is a great fit for candidates who are organised, communicative, and interested in using Japanese and English language skills in day-to-day business operations.
Responsibilities
Support clients with enquiries, requests, and online meetings
Support document translation between Thai and Japanese when required
Support the Sales team with documentation tasks, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and related documents
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production line, engineering, purchasing, and other related teams
Translate and interpret between Thai and Japanese staff during business meetings, morning meetings, and other internal discussions
Handle other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
New graduates are welcome
Experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or a related position will be an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Proficiency in Japanese at minimum intermediate level or JLPT N3 and above
Proficiency in English at minimum intermediate level
Good communication and coordination skills
Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with alternate Saturdays
