Position: Sales (supervisor) - English speaking
Salary: 40,000 – 45,000THB +/- (Negotiable)
Location: Bangkok
Our client is a well-known sugar manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Plan and manage sales of sugar and molasses for domestic and international markets, ensuring quotas and targets are met
Coordinate with customers, agents, traders, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales and timely delivery
Monitor monthly sales performance, analyze customer data, and propose suitable products to meet client needs
Oversee preparation of sales and export documents, including contracts, customs paperwork, and sales reports
Supervise logistics operations: product preparation, warehousing, transportation, and export to ensure on-time delivery
Review logistics costs and liaise with shipping companies, transport contractors, and insurance providers
Maintain strong customer relationships through visits, problem-solving, and offering competitive pricing or special terms when appropriate
Prepare sugar price summary reports based on data provided by the Thai Sugar Trading Corporation (TSTC) to support sales decisions
Compile and submit documents on sugar stock levels at Laem Chabang port warehouse to the Production Management Center (Office of Cane and Sugar Board) every 15 days
Lead and manage the sales team, provide guidance, assign tasks, and evaluate performance fairly
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business Management, Agricultural Industry, or other related fields
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sugar sales or export of processed agricultural products
Technical Knowledge: Business acumen, customs formalities, export knowledge, foreign exchange management
