The Sales Supervisor role focuses on developing new customers and maintaining strong client relationships in Khao Khan Song, Chonburi. The position covers face-to-face sales, marketing activities, quotation and order management, customer satisfaction follow-up, and coordination with internal teams to support timely product delivery.
Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face meetings and maintain regular communication with customers
Carry out marketing activities to identify and develop new customers
Prepare quotations, receive customer orders, and enter orders into the company system
Communicate with customers and follow up on their satisfaction
Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure products are delivered on time
Prepare and submit sales reports to the supervisor
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field
At least three years of experience in industrial sales
Access to a personal vehicle and possession of a valid driving licence
Strong customer communication and coordination skills
Preferred requirements:
Experience in the plastics or packaging industry would be valuable
