The Sales Representative - Japanese Speaker role focuses on managing relationships with existing Japanese-speaking manufacturing clients and coordinating printed circuit board (PCB) and electronic equipment repair services. Based onsite in Chon Buri, the position initially supports established customers, with opportunities to contribute to new business development as the local customer base grows.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with existing Japanese-speaking manufacturing clients in Thailand
Promote PCB and electronic equipment repair and maintenance services
Coordinate the collection and delivery of products requiring repair
Liaise with the headquarters in Japan and technical teams regarding customer requirements
Develop new business opportunities after establishing a stable customer base in Thailand
Support participation in exhibitions and networking events to expand local business connections
Visit existing customers, confirm repair requirements, and deliver repaired products during the initial stage of the role
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Previous sales experience
Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 certification or equivalent fluent Japanese-language proficiency
Intermediate or higher English communication skills
Experience independently managing relationships with Japanese-speaking clients
Valid driving ability and willingness to travel for customer visits
Proactive mindset, strong motivation, and professional conduct
Experience living or working in Japan will be a strong advantage
Knowledge of PCBs or the electronics industry is preferred
