The company is a real estate developer with over 30 years of history in Japan, listed on the Prime Market, and expanding our residential development business in Thailand. Due to its expansion, they are looking to have Sales Manager to responsible in selling luxury residential properties
Salary: 80,000 – 150,000 THB (depending on experience) + commission and other benefits
Office location: BTS Punnawitthi
Position Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance for luxury detached housing projects. The role requires independent management of the full sales cycle, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and the ability to build long-term client trust.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve strong and consistent sales results for luxury residential properties
Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing
Identify, develop, and follow up on high-potential customer leads
Gain a thorough understanding of assigned projects, including location, design, pricing, and competitive advantages
Apply deep knowledge of real estate, including market trends, residential development, and property investment
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients based on trust and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills (Preferred)
Experience in luxury residential real estate sales or high-value property sales of at least 20 million THB per property
Strong understanding of Bangkok residential property markets
Proven ability to manage deals independently from prospecting to closing
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building capability
