Responsibilities
Provide product and service information to Chinese and international customers who contact the company (inbound customers).
Communicate with customers in Mandarin via WeChat, Line, email, phone calls, and online meetings.
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales status, and coordinate all processes through deal closing.
Act as a coordinator between customers and internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Accounting.
Follow up on orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain and organize customer data, sales reports, and related documents systematically.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support repeat orders.
This position does not require finding new customers or cold calling.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Chinese-related fields are an advantage).
Good command of Mandarin (Chinese) in speaking, reading, and writing.
Good communication skills in Thai (basic English communication is a plus).
At least 1 year of experience in Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, Customer Service, Admin Sales, or related roles.
Experience handling Chinese or international customers will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable with coordination and documentation tasks.
Strong communication skills with a professional service mindset suitable for sales roles.
