Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Strong command of English at a business level.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Over 10 years of experience in Sales or Sales Administration.
Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.
Background in automotive or leasing business is an advantage.
Ability to perform under tight deadlines and meet KPIs.

Job Description
Lead and manage the team to contribute, monitor, analyze, report, and coordinate with Sales.
Set and oversee team targets.
Enhance departmental operations and standards.
Collect and maintain margin reduction documents and prepare quarterly analysis reports.
Supervise the team in supporting Sales with documentation (quotations and contracts).
Oversee tracking, recording, and processing of fine ticket management operations.
Manage RPA processes for fines, M-Flow, and delayed payments.
Control and review documents, ensuring proper submission into the document management system.
Handle M-Flow penalty charges received for SMAT.
Collaborate with relevant parties on document submissions (lease agreements, payment confirmations, credit investigations, purchase orders, etc.).
Motivate and guide team members to achieve both individual and team goals.
Regularly summarize and report issues that may impact targets to relevant stakeholders.
