The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor role plays a key part in maintaining product quality across injection moulding, painting, assembly, and outgoing inspection processes. The position oversees customer claims, supplier quality, inspection controls, non-conforming products, and compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.
Responsibilities
Handle customer claims and provide related support
Manage supplier quality control and non-conforming products
Control inspection processes and ensure equipment is properly calibrated
Manage incoming, injection moulding, painting, assembly, in-process, and outgoing inspections
Ensure the QA section complies with IATF 16949 requirements
Control internal and external non-conforming issues and manage 4M changes
Manage QA performance indicators, improvement activities, and cost reduction initiatives
Evaluate the colour shade of painted parts and ensure alignment with customer requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience in spray painting and injection moulding
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory position
Knowledge of ISO and IATF 16949 requirements, documentation, and system-based work controls
Strong understanding of basic computer systems
