The Quality Assurance Manager - Japanese Speaker role plays a key part in managing the company’s quality structure and implementing plans aligned with company policies. This onsite position combines quality management, cross-functional coordination, budget oversight, environmental management, workplace safety, and compliance with recognised management system standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the company’s quality structure
Develop plans aligned with company policies and lead their implementation to achieve the intended results
Collaborate and coordinate with all departments to accomplish defined objectives
Consolidate budgets and oversee departmental and company expenditure
Support operations in accordance with company standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
Maintain and control environmental management, 5S activities, and workplace safety
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, or at least 5 years of direct experience in manufacturing
Fluent Japanese-language proficiency (JLPT N2)
Knowledge of quality and environmental management standards, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001
Strong planning and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
