The Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer role supports product quality through testing, analysis, inspection, and clear reporting of results. The position also coordinates corrective and preventive measures for production issues, follows up on customer complaints, and inspects assigned Microencapsulation Technology (MEC) workpieces.
Responsibilities
Prepare samples and conduct required testing activities
Analyse test findings and prepare reports on the results
Coordinate with relevant departments to establish corrective and preventive measures for production process issues
Follow up on the resolution of customer complaints
Inspect assigned MEC workpieces in accordance with applicable requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of measurement tools
