The Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) Engineer role supports product quality and manufacturing standards through document control, inspection, calibration management, and product specification activities. The position works closely with the QA team to maintain accurate quality records, monitor measurement results, and support compliance with quality, environmental, and food safety systems.
Responsibilities
Maintain and control drawings, product specifications, packing standards, inspection standards, data deviation reports, and finished goods rejection reports
Maintain and control equipment and gauge calibration and verification according to established plans
Manage incoming inspection activities, including maintaining and reviewing raw material certificates of analysis
Prepare samples, product specifications, and packing standards for new products, and issue or revise inspection standards
Create, review, and revise raw material and product specifications
Monitor and review measurement results, and issue certificates of analysis or measurement reports to customers
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the QC laboratory and its equipment
Support the QA manager and QA inspector in carrying out QA responsibilities
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including product inspection and testing
Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and internal auditing
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, and Brand Reputation Compliance requirements and internal auditing
