Support customer requests (New Model, Claim & Complaint)
Prepare documents (WI, Inspection standards, PPAP, Check sheet, etc.)
QA, QC Functional Operation Management
Ability to use measuring instruments
Good relationship skills, strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
Support ISO9001 and IATF16949 audits
