The Quality Assurance (QA) - Automotive Leather role supports product quality and customer satisfaction for automotive leather components. Based onsite in Asoke with convenient access to BTS and MRT services, the position works closely with customers, production plants, and regional quality teams to investigate quality issues, manage technical documentation, and support corrective actions.
Responsibilities
Inspect and analyse defective parts and test results to ensure compliance with original equipment manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with production plants on customer audits and related activities
Perform root cause analysis of errors and non-conformances and implement corrective actions for customer non-conformities
Support customer complaint handling by analysing issues, monitoring follow-up actions, and preparing responses with support from regional quality managers, plant quality teams, and central quality teams
Support the submission of new-model documentation, including Production Part Approval Process documents, Part Submission Warrants, and other technical documentation
Monitor customer satisfaction and quality performance through customer-released data and report the results to production plants
Manage deliveries for assigned projects
Assist the management team with ad hoc projects and other QA activities as required
Perform other assigned tasks
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of quality assurance experience involving automotive components
English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or above, with a TOEIC score of at least 500
Japanese or Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage
Experience working with original equipment manufacturers or Tier 1 automotive suppliers would be an advantage
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks would be valuable
Ability to travel within Thailand and internationally
