       Our client is Component part manufacturing industry.They are looking for a potential candidate who can fulfill their requirement as following;

Benefit :

  • Total Salary Package: 80,000 – 100,000 THB/ month (negotiate depend on experience)

  • Bonus.

Qualifications:    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistic & Supply Chain Management, engineering or related field.

  • At least 10 years experience in Management to handle Supply chain, Purchasing, material planning, , Warehouse, Import-Export&logistics in Manufacturing industries.

  • Strong in English communication.

  • Strong Purchasing ,negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge in ERP system.

  • Experience managing and improving supply chain data, information and processes.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team. 

  • Strong command of English communication, both written and spoken, to work effectively with international suppliers.

Job description

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and sourcing strategies to support business objectives and ensure cost efficiency. 

  • Oversee daily purchasing operations, including task allocation, team supervision, and performance management

  • Manage supplier relationships, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, pricing, and delivery terms to ensure optimal value. 

  • Maintain and continuously update supplier database, purchase records, and procurement documentation for accuracy and compliance. 

  • Collaborate closely with inventory and planning teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels. 

  • Ensure all procured goods and services meet required quality standards, specifications, and compliance requirements

  • Prepare and manage budgets, cost analysis, and savings initiatives to improve financial performance. 

  • Drive continuous improvement of procurement systems, processes, and workflows to enhance efficiency and transparency. 

  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new team members to ensure proper use of procurement systems and adherence to procedures. 

  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics and transportation activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. 

  • Monitor shipment status, track deliveries, and proactively resolve any shipping or logistics issues

  • Collaborate with logistics service providers and carriers to optimize delivery performance and reduce costs. 

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and logistics. 

  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and related documents, and prepare regular reports on performance, KPIs, and cost-saving results. 

  • Lead, coach, and develop the team to build capabilities and support business growth.
