Position: Program Manager
Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi
Budget: 80,000 - 120,000 THB/Month
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules, in coordination with Engineering and Production Planning teams.
Monitor and manage any changes in project scope to ensure alignment with agreed deliverables.
Monitor on-time delivery (OTD) performance and product quality.
Establish and manage project budget, resource planning, and scheduling
Track and control project costs, including engineering hours and overall financial performance
Analyze and communicate customer requirements clearly to internal teams.
Develop cost estimates and sales pricing in collaboration with Sales and Management to ensure target margins are achieved
Support supplier selection and participate in price negotiations with Purchasing.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, operations, or project management.
Strong ability to manage projects end-to-end under pressure and work independently
Good English communication skills for dealing with customers and cross-functional teams
Strong collaboration skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
