Production Supervisor

Be responsible for safety management in the production area and follow safety systems to prevent work accidents.

Control quality in the production process to meet product standards and customer requirements.

Control and follow up production and delivery plans to ensure orders are completed on time and in the correct quantity.

Manage production costs and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement actions.

Maintain and improve shop floor management (6S) to meet standards and continuously improve.

Manage daily production staff, including training and work schedule planning.

Control daily production line operations and coordinate to solve production process problems.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
