The Production Leader role supervises assembly technicians and production operators at a manufacturing operation in Samut Prakan. The position plays a key part in achieving production schedules, maintaining quality and safety standards, developing team capabilities, and supporting effective coordination across departments.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage assembly technicians and production operators
Monitor assembly schedules and production targets to ensure timely completion
Coordinate with the Design and Procurement teams to support production activities
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality and safety standards
Train and develop team members to strengthen their skills and capabilities
Prepare production progress reports and present updates to management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience supervising production personnel in a manufacturing environment
At least 4 years of experience in production management and quality control within a factory environment
Experience with machinery, automated equipment, or assembly machines would be an advantage
Ability to read and write in English
