Salary: 180,000 – 220,000 THB
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee and enhance global business support processes across purchasing and financial operations. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, improving service delivery, and leading transformation initiatives that increase efficiency, compliance, and scalability across the organization.
Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure seamless execution of key operational processes
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop global operational teams to ensure high-quality and efficient service delivery across purchasing, vendor management, and payment operations.
Establish and monitor operational performance metrics, ensuring achievement of service targets and business objectives.
Drive process optimization, standardization, and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and user experience.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and governance requirements.
Collaborate with business, finance, technology, and external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
Support system and process enhancements, including the implementation of digital solutions and workflow improvements.
Utilize data and performance insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead organizational change initiatives and support the adoption of new ways of working.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, shared services, business process management, finance operations, procurement support, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience managing teams in a regional or global environment.
Strong understanding of operational processes, governance, and service delivery management.
Experience working within a shared services, business services, or global operations environment is preferred.
