The Plant Operation Manager role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing leader with strong expertise in plant operations, injection moulding, production control, and people management. This position will oversee key operational divisions, drive production performance, and support quality, cost, safety, and environmental standards across the plant.

Responsibilities

  • Set strategic targets and annual working objectives in line with company policies

  • Plan and control production processes through short-term and long-term operational measures

  • Monitor team performance, evaluate progress, and adjust strategies to achieve established targets

  • Ensure product quality meets company standards and support initiatives to improve production quality

  • Control production costs, analyse manpower needs, and allocate resources and budgets effectively

  • Oversee workplace safety, sanitation, discipline, and employee training and development

  • Manage environmental and quality policies, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and senior leadership directives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a major in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 15 years of experience in plant operations within manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of injection moulding

  • More than 5 years of management experience as a Senior Manager, General Manager, Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or in a similar leadership role

  • Good communication skills in English, including speaking, reading, and writing
