The Plant Controller role offers an opportunity to lead financial reporting, cost control, and performance analysis for a manufacturing operation in Bangkok. This role is ideal for a finance professional who can combine strong controlling expertise with clear business insight to support plant performance, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
Responsibilities
Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Conduct financial KPI analysis and monitor overall plant performance
Track, analyse, and report key KPIs, including Return on Sales, Return on Capital Employed, Inventory Stock Days, Cost Saving Ratio, Operating Net Cash Flow, and Labour Cost per Sales
Manage cost planning, cost-control processes, and cost-centre reporting
Develop and oversee annual budgeting and long-term financial planning
Supervise SAP Controlling Module activities, month-end closing, and GAAP/IFRS compliance
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Master’s degree is preferred
8–10 years of experience in cost control, management accounting, or financial management
3–5 years of leadership experience
Strong command of English and Thai, both spoken and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Controlling Module
