Job Description
Manage visa and work permit processes for local and expatriate employees (end-to-end).
Coordinate with embassies, immigration, and visa agencies to ensure timely approvals.
Prepare and manage offshore and overseas mobilization documentation.
Arrange travel, flights, insurance, and accommodation for project personnel.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, immigration regulations, and client requirements.
Support urgent or last‑minute deployment cases.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields.
3–5 years’ experience in visa/work permit, global mobility, travel coordination, or offshore projects.
Experience with visa agencies, travel agencies, or offshore/Oil & Gas projects is a plus.
Good coordination skills and high attention to detail.
Able to communicate in English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
