Position: Network Engineer
Job Summary
Responsible for implementing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of network and security solutions for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support network infrastructure (firewalls, routers, switches, wireless)
Configure and deploy network solutions based on requirements
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching, and security issues
Manage firewall systems (e.g., FortiGate, Palo Alto) including policies, NAT, and VPN
Support wireless and NAC solutions (e.g., Aruba, 802.1X, RADIUS)
Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability
Work with internal teams, vendors, and clients on projects and issue resolution
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Maintain technical documentation
Required Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.
3+ years of experience in network support, implementation, or infrastructure roles
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, NAT
Experience with Cisco/Aruba and firewall technologies
Understanding of network security (Firewall / VPN, NAC)
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience & Skills
Experience with OSPF, EIGRP, or BGP
Aruba ClearPass / NAC experience
Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.)
Able to travel for on-site support
Language Requirements
English: Intermediate level or above
Working Hours: 8:30 – 17:30 (Monday–Friday)
