The Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist is responsible for:
Directly interfacing with clients field to successfully implement licensing solutions that result in high customer satisfaction while maximizing customer revenue contribution across Microsoft product, Online and service offerings, with profit.
Minimize risk to Microsoft by making business and legal decisions within field sales empowerment guidelines that maximize the value of the agreement and the relationship to the client and to Microsoft.
 
Key deliverables for this role include:
- Development of new business plan on Microsoft Licensing and Service business.
- Key accountabilities include sales quota responsibility for platform volume licensing business (on-premise and cloud) and Microsoft  business. 
- Selling Enterprise Agreements and recommending alternatives where appropriate.
- Work primarily with customers and Microsoft to close new business within field empowerment guidelines with a focus on shortening licensing sales cycles and improving customer satisfaction in Thailand and CLM regions

-Provide specialist knowledge during any focus sales and marketing campaigns/events to advise on appropriate licensing models and solutions and assist with commercials.
-Ensure good collaboration & communication with Microsoft staff on all renewals and new opportunities, including negotiation tactics. Attend QBRs and maintain good relationships with the Microsoft Partner Sales team.
- Assist with sales documentation and methodology to enable the sales process and information.
- Maintain accurate  pipeline management and forecast, updated continuously and in line with expected profit
Qualifications
  • Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years of directly applicable experience in sales, consulting, licensing, contract negotiation, and/or services experience with Enterprise customers.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft licensing
  • Bachelor in related field
  • English communication
