The Medical Sales Specialist role offers the opportunity to manage key accounts and drive sales growth across Bangkok and the Eastern area. This role focuses on medical devices and supplies used in cardiovascular or vascular-related settings (CVR) and operating room environments (OR), including customer education, product demonstrations, and technical support.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain account management plans to drive growth strategies for key accounts in Bangkok and the Eastern area.
Create customer awareness by recommending suitable product types and arranging and participating in product demonstrations.
Negotiate sales agreements within organisational policy guidelines.
Provide technical advice and product education to customers and colleagues.
Represent the business at key local events.
Review and analyse sales performance to monitor sales achievements and identify opportunities across specific accounts and territories.
Complete and submit all sales, customer, expense, and other reports within the timeline requested by the manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medical, Biotechnology, Sciences, or any related field.
Strong sales skills, with at least 3 years of experience in medical devices and supplies, preferably in consignment, cardiovascular or vascular-related products (CVR), or operating room-related products (OR).
Self-driven and responsible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good English proficiency.
