Marketing Manager (Online & Offline) – Chinese Speaking
Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 THB
Working Days: Mon–Fri
Location: Bangkok
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead both digital growth initiatives and offline marketing activities. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and in-store traffic through integrated marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Thailand’s market and be able to effectively connect online channels with offline customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LINE
Manage KOL/KOC collaborations and performance-driven marketing campaigns
Drive lead generation and improve customer conversion through DM and online engagement channels
Plan and execute offline campaigns, including store events, mall activations, and product launches
Build and manage brand partnerships and collaborations
Integrate online and offline strategies to enhance customer acquisition and in-store traffic conversion
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Fluency in Chinese and Thai is required (both written and spoken)
Strong understanding of Thailand’s consumer behavior, market trends, and social media landscape
Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, influencer management, and paid media
Hands-on experience executing offline marketing activities and events
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Results-driven with the ability to analyze data and improve campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Retail, or Lifestyle industries
Background working with consumer-focused or female-oriented brands
Experience managing integrated online-to-offline marketing campaigns
